We’ve had our study bed for over 15 years. It’s been dismantled twice during this time and stored for renovations/moving. During the last move a bar was damaged, Customer Service had a replacement after all this time. Today, the bed is working just as perfectly as the first day it was installed. This has been such a good investment. I love the versatility the study bed gives the room. The pivot from desk to bed is so easy to do. Thank you StudyBed for making such a quality item.

  Thank you so much for sending me the replacement gas struts ( free of charge, 13 years after initial purchase) They have been installed and your instructions are easy to follow. Bed operations much better (like when it was new). Really appreciate the amazing service. Kind regards

I am just emailing to say a big thank you to everyone in the team at StudyBed. I am “0ver the moon” with my StudyBed it has transformed the room and will make a huge difference to the use of the space. Please say a huge thank you to the fitters who worked to accommodate a little issue with the radiator, but they were resourceful and problem solved quickly so that the bed would fit where I wanted. I really couldn’t thank them enough. I would also add that they were friendly, professional and like I said, resourceful. I would also like to add that everyone who I either spoke to or had communication with were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. What a great team.
